    Generative AI has emerged as many executives top priority from nowhere just a year ago.  And for good reason - the technology can do things software has never been able to do before.  Matt Kropp, CTO for BCG X (BCG's AI software development group) will talk about what Generative AI can do for organizations, but more importantly how to get actual impact from deploying it.  He will share BCG research on the potential but also the pitfalls, and the secret of how to get employees to joyfully embrace this powerful tool.
