Mark Holmes is the founder of patent brokerage firm PatentBridge. He is also the CEO and Co-Founder of RavenWhite Cybersecurity which was selected as one of the top 10 cybersecurity startups worldwide at the RSA Conference. He wrote the book Patent Licensing and Selling: Strategy, Negotiation & Forms published by the Practising Law Institute (PLI). He is an angel investor, member of Band of Angels member and has served on the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) SRI Infosec Technology Transition Council. He has advised such technology savvy entities as Sony, Visa, Applied Materials, University of California at Berkeley as well as many startups and has been named to the IAM Strategy 300 – The World’s Leading IP Strategists. He speaks nationally at Renaissance Weekend, Practicing Law Institute (PLI) and other organizations. He holds a double Engineering and English degree from Brown, is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and IEEE Software Society. He earned his law degree from Tulane where he served on the Moot Court Board and competed nationally in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition.
