LES is a professional society comprised of over 4,700 members engaged in the transfer, use, development, manufacture and marketing of intellectual Property. The Mission of the Silicon Valley Chapter of LES is:
To facilitate the exchange and dissemination of knowledge and information on licensing and intellectual property.
To assist members in improving their skills and techniques in the practice of intellectual property licensing by delivering instructive and topical seminars and training courses.
To be the voice of our local licensing community in public and governmental affairs to monitor changes in the law and the practice of licensing and protecting intellectual property.
To further the objectives of the Licensing Executive Society.
